Apple products are hot in China, the company's second largest market, and last Friday's iPhone 5 launch proved to be a very successful outing. Despite going up against scalpers and imposters, Apple still managed to sell more than two million iPhone 5 units to Chinese customers in just two days.
"Customer response to iPhone 5 in China has been incredible, setting a new record with the best first weekend sales ever in China," said Apple CEO Tim Cook in the company's Monday press release. "China is a very important market for us and customers there cannot wait to get their hands on Apple products."
