France and China have signed a letter of intent to build a used fuel treatment and recycling facility in China.
The agreement, signed yesterday in Beijing in the presence of Chinese president Xi Jinping and French president François Hollande, foresees a facility with the capacity to treat some 800 tonnes of used fuel each year.
